The Fnatic Team is a professional video gaming team, consisting of players from across the globe who all make a living through competing in video game tournaments. The Fnatic Team won the ESPORTS TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD 2006 and 2009. We remain in the esports history books for the unprecedented 6 major titles conquered throughout 2009, with only our Counter-Strike division.
The Fnatic team is an ambitious and already highly successful gaming organization; with registered offices in Australia, the UK and the Netherlands they have a global reach. The Fnatic team is currently supporting four highly successful squads in World of Warcraft, Call of Duty 4, Quake Live, and Counter-Strike, to name a few and has established itself as a vibrant, well coordinated outfit with a clear vision for the future of competitive gaming. The Fnatic team was founded by Sam Mathews with the help of Joris Van Laerhoven and Anne Mathews.

The Fnatic team is an ambitious and highly successful electronic sports organisation, which supports the world's greatest gamers. After being crowned as Electronic Sports Team of The Year in 2006 and 2009, Fnatic has achieved over 60 victories in major international tournaments and are acknowledged worldwide for their famous and charismatic Swedish Counter-Strike 1.6 team, hugely successful COD4 team, their up and coming Starcraft 2 team and former PainKiller World Tour Champion, Sander "VoO" Kaasjager and Laurens”Lauke” Pluijmaekers, former Olympic Champion in Unreal Tournament. Fnatic currently have squads in Counter-Strike 1.6, DotA 2, Heroes of Newerth, Starcraft 2, Call of Duty, Halo and League of Legends. We have over time established ourself as a vibrant, well coordinated outfit with a clear vision for the future of competitive electronic sports, commonly referred to as "esports". The FnaticRaidCall Team was founded by Sam Mathews with the help of Joris Van Laerhoven and Anne Mathews.

At FnaticRaidCall we have dedicated gaming squads that will endeavour to be the very best in their particular discipline. Our main focus is on the most popular of competitive games Counter-Strike, Call of Duty 4 and StarCraft 2. Furthermore FnaticRaidCall is hosting an academy where top players get the chance to turn professional in the future, such as the Heroes of Newerth series, League of Legends and Halo (Xbox).

Through these teams we have become a brand name recognized worldwide. The teams already have their own fan base, which supports them at events and follow all of their activities closely. The Counter-Strike team especially has proved to be one of world’s best teams for the last five years, competing in every big tournament on the planet and being considered as one of the best teams in the world currently.

Recently our StarCraft II team have reached new heights with great media attention, including participation in the biggest StarCraft II tournament in the world; The GSL, aswell as a 2nd place at MLG's National Championships in Dallas. Last but not least our CoD4 division is also placed amongst the world’s elite in their discipline, even after being reformed in 2010.

The FnaticRaidCall organisation manages these teams, to create a star-like status; allowing our players to turn professional, and attend every major event across the globe. Through the Team section on our site, fans are able to read about our squads, follow their progress, watch their results, read news reports, find a program of events and watch replays of their matches, plus much more.
