Hey all,
After a busy and very successful month there’s so much I can write here, but insufficient time prohibits me as I’m currently moving out from my apartment to a house in central Åmål.
So I’ll end with adding some pictures and videos from the Euro trip after speaking briefly about the future of the team.
So what’s the plan for the CoD4 team?
Only good things lies ahead, we’re sticking together as a team, no changes will be made to the lineup this or the next season, and we’re really looking forward to CoD6! We’re looking at attending CoDHR in Croatia and Frag-O-Matic in Belgium next month to finish of CoD4 not letting any other team de-throne us as #1.
Who made this possible?
My teammates Johan, Markus, Stevy and Robin made it all happen; I’ve never had this much fun playing as I do with these guys, I’m so fortunate to be able to continue doing this together with them! Anne for taking care of us during the summer and making sure we always have the right conditions to play to our full capacity, booking and arranging everything. And Neil for the best coaching and mental boosting me and the team could ever have, really appreciate everything!
I can’t thanks Thomas and the MSi crew enough for providing the best laptops there is on the market for gaming use, without them we wouldn’t even be able to compete on i37, and life on the road with laptops is so awesome, being able to just go in and play some deathmatch to kill time on the airport wifi for hours or more importantly to make new strats on the hotel prior to the games the next morning is such an advantage, it surely saved us a couple of games where we completely needed to reshuffle positions and tactics on certain maps we didn’t play good enough on during the summer, for must-win matches.
Our recipe of destruction and what eventually made us number one is a mix of skill, friendship, support from management, the best gear/hardware and obviously the support from duvan, you were always on our minds..
I’ll take some pictures of my new place and upload together with some other demos n stuff if I can find them.
