Lots of people have been asking me what it is that i do on my new job, and to answer that question in a simple fashion:

Im working as a Customer service agent at IBM. Im on the AZ SE account which means i do support for Swedish employees of Astra Zeneca. It mostly involves helping them out with their computers and softwares if they have any problems. But also answering questions regarding their products.

Right now im training for it, i've been doing that since last week and i'm doing the exam on wednesday. After that i'll be doing some shadowcalling for about a week or two and then i'll be a certified tech support for IBM!
