Return to Ukraine with IEM Global Challenge

Yes we are going back to Kiev in the Ukraine for the last leg, in the famous CyberSport Arena. Kiev will be the first Global Challenge event of 2012. The last time the CyberSport Arena saw an IEM event was the European Championships, but this time players and teams from Europe, Asia and America will be competing there.

Kiev will be host to the three games just like Guangzhou and New York; Counter Strike 1.6, StarCraft II and League of Legends are the games to be played. The prize money is the same as the other two cities. Just to recap the different boundaries for each game if you haven't seen them before, Counter Strike has $40,000, StarCraft II $21,000 and League of Legends $32,000.
