Rekkles: "all I want is to win"

As much as I appreciate the fact that you guys try to bring up solutions to all the questions marks we have in our team, I'm sure each and everyone of us know what we as individuals have to do to improve our team strength as a whole.
For example, this tournament I personally felt that I adjusted very badly to the latest of patches, where Twitch even passed Lucian in overall strength of a marksman, when I only had him as my third choice, right after Lucian and Graves.
Even though I believe this should never happened, with the amount of hours I put into the game, it's clear that at one point individual skill level is not what wins you games, team one does.
SKT showcased an amazing ability to never put themselves at risk as individuals and always create situations together, something we didn't and it hit us right back against both SKT and OMG, since it's impossible to take any sort of personal advantage without losing a team oriented one.
One of the more important things I've learned this tournament is that the meta has developed a lot, it's rather a matter of saving time now, applying pressure when your enemies is spread out, to make the risk as low as possible and the reward as high as possible.
Also, I'm extremely impressed over how well disciplined the Eastern teams seems to be in comparison to the Western ones, won't be a single moment of their awake time when they aren't playing or theorising about the game, together or alone.
Any human being is far from perfect, but the fact that all 5 players in their teams play the same amount of hours and have the same motivation level to improve and win games, must be a motivation in itself for all of them.
I wish and hope, as many of you as possible forgive me for my lack of performance at All-Stars and our team for not putting our hearts into representing Europe in best possible way.
I might be one of the most motivated players, but that doesn't win games by itself and it might be time to take a look what we as a team have to do, inside and outside the game, to keep up with the Eastern teams, who doesn't have super-stars, but rather super-teams, which is what a team game really is all about, being known for your performance as a whole, rather than 'sweet' moves as individuals.
After-all, all I want is to win. That's what drives me.
