When i open my cs because of this software i cant click the options , find servers , create game etc . It doesnt register the clicks but without rinput it works . Any solution ?

you should use RInput when you have dpi/cpi more than 400. Using 400 won't change anything

Rinput can mess up the menus in Counter-Strike, however we are still using it as it´s really good to eliminate the random acc.

yep, if you startup RInput before launching cs then mouse1 won't sometimes work in menu, to get over this problem you can start RInput after joining the server.

How can I see if Rinput is ,,working"? For example if I quit cs. Must I start Rinput again if I wanna play later? In the Task-Manager there is no sign of Rinput =/..

it just says "failed to allocate console" when I try to start it

if you got "allocate" errors try this:
extract rinput.exe and rinput.dll do a short directory, without spaces, ex.: C:\rinput131\
then
create a batch (.bat) file with the following source code:

START C:\rinput131\RInput hl.exe
EXIT

save it as rinputlauncher.bat

run it

Can you explain how to use ,,your version" of Rinput?

So, I've got this problem with RInput..

When I use it, I appear to actually GET mouseacc, and not the other way around.

It's hard to explain, but my mouse appears faster with RInput then without, which I find rather wierd.

Is there any explanation to this?

Edit: It's not faster all the time, just from time to time as if it were accelerating.

Znaci upalis program prije nego uđeš u cs 1.6 i ukucas u konzolu koja ti se otvori hl.exe i lupis enter , pa udes u cs .

I donest work properly, i can start it and after i start game my mouse pointer is kinda changed, also its chage my ingame mouse speed ...
