Thats the email i got saying from you guys that i bought a fnatic player shirt i received the jacket before new years

Heres the problem, I recived the jacket.. Its nice i like it. 1 PROBLEM.. I havnt recived my player shirt that i also ordered and payed for.. IM VERY UPSET about this..i have been waiting almost over a month for this to arrive.. and still nothing

ITS been 19 days!!!! since i got my Jacket.. I sent an email to your "SHOP" on the 13th of january

Apparently fnatic is always ready to assist their customers.. Well i have yet to receive an email back from you guys!!! HOPEFULLY This post will get a bit more attention!!!

I payed over $100 AUD for the items and postage and i will not be happy untill i get what i payed for.

I am but after a month of not reciving my item and especially almost a week after i origonally emailed you guys ud think that id get some sort of reply?

DUDE YOU DONT UNDERSTAND, You have no idea how frustrated i am.. i used my christmas money for this and still havnt got it, my parents are yelling at me because of this.. I emailed SHOP@FNATIC.COM, NO ANSWER FOR ALMOST A MONTH.
