screen resolution

Hey i need abit of help i recently updated my driver and cs jumbled up for me.
I have a Nvidia 8800GT and viewsonic 22inch.
I run cs in 1024x768 Normal mode and my display screen resolution is 1680x1050 widescreen. I use to play with these settings fine but when i updated it stopped opening as a full screen.
My set launch options are -noforcemspd -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -freq 75 -full
My grapics card is upto date so is my monitor driver.
This is what my screen looks like any help please as how i can get it to open up full screen.

@JohnDeere what kind of Bullshit answer is that?
@Donkey_gz I believe your monitor doesn't support more than 60 Hz, so, cut off "-freq 75". It should work without. Another reason could be that your monitor doesn't "aspect ratio" at all or you didn't set it in your NVIDIA drivers or your monitor's OSD.
it use to work with -freq 75 untill i updated driver, and wen i cut off -freq 75 it doesnt fit to screen it opens way larger then its suppose to, and in nvidia under adjust desktop size and position scaling mode is aspect ratio.
that is how it opens
