And my Xai arrived last week, but I purchased a QcK+ on the other day and still no news :( They even deleted the messages you receive on your email... :S

Buy a Zowie G-TF speed, Goliathus Speed or Roccat Taito. Much better cloth pads than QcK. Or if you're willed to pay a lot money, buy a Artisan Hayate pad.

I already bought it. The f*cking shop got my money and pissed me off... I've wrote 2 messages to shop@fnatic.com and still no answer. Let's try to explain what happened: I ordered a Xai and a QcK+. I've been notificated that they are shipped. I got the Xai a week ago, but no news about the QcK+. Also, the messages I've received about the payment and that it's shipped dissapeared. but the purchase invoice? exist or not?

I'm still waiting for my FS2332 monitor to arrive I've ordered on the 18th of January.

I'm glad I did request a postal tracking ID from Fnatic, to track the status of the package, and it stated that it was collected by the company who sends it on the 26th in London and now I see it has gone through several internal steps/hubs. This means the package wasn't sent for 8 days while I already payed them.

I think that this really takes a long time to get a monitor from the UK to The Netherlands, and I'm not so satisfied about this (tomorrow it will be 10 days ago that I ordered and payed...).

It is that they were 100 euros cheaper then any other shop here, but I really doubt I will be ordering again from your shop (it just takes too long for a product that is "in stock").

My advise for the people that run the shop: Speed things up a -lot-, espescially when you're dealing with more expensive orders then 25 euros, like monitors.

Hopefully my monitor will arrive this weekend... :/

 I ordered it 18 and it arrived on 26, really fast!!But the monitor has flickering and some stuck pixel, eizo ask me the invoice for the RMA!!  

Hmmm well 8 days isn't something that I would call really fast, but at least your monitor arrived...

About the invoice, I did get 2 mails from the Fnatic shop when I ordered, one which showed my order itself and the other one, Fnatic confirmed my payment.

Can't you use those mails as invoice?
