FS2332 Monitor

Posted on: 18-01-2012 01:56:00

Hello there,

I am really interested in buying a FS2332 Monitor from your store, but I have a few questions about it:

- Is the price of 299.99 euro correct? The only stores I can buy it here in The Netherlands ask more then 450 euro for it. Not that I rather pay more money for it, but since the price difference is that high, I began to wonder if this is still the same product.

- The shipping costs are 52 euro to The Netherlands, is this including the 50% off-shipping offer (read: where the shipping costs 104 euro in the first place? Isn't that a bit too high for just shipping?

- When you look at the product details, on top it says "Avaliable now in stock!" and when you totally scroll down, it says "This item is pre-order only currently". Is the monitor in-stock at this moment or is it still pre-order?

- The special edition comes with an orange stipe, but does the package still contains the other colored stipes (red/grey/blue)? Not that I dislike the orange, in fact I like the orange one, but I was just wondering about it.

Kind regards,

Me :)

Yes price is correct and it definately is the FS2332.  EIZO ship directly to us and also offer you the support and warranty.  The €52 is including the 50% discount on shipping, that's automatically calculated at checkout due to the products weight and destination.  The item is definately in stock.  The special edition does come with the Fnatic orange bezel and still contains grey, blue and red as well - then it's your choice :)

    Aha, ok ok! :)

I ordered one today, can't wait for it to hook it up! Hopefully my old monitor doesn't break down before the Eizo arrives! :P

Btw, what are normally the shipping times for products to arrive from the UK (I assume there is where the monitor is coming from?) to The Netherlands? It shouldn't take too long I suppose? ;)

Also, for those who want a good and extensive review of the monitor:

I would like to know if I can send back the monitor if I do not like after I bought it. What does it cost? how many days do I have?

All support and warranty claims are with EIZO directly.
