I heard that eizo forris 2331 has refresh rate locked on 60? Is that right or wrong?

    It isn't locked at 60 Hz. FS2331 goes up to 76 Hz (analog: VGA). However, FS2331 can show judder free images at 50 and 60 Hz. Digital material will judder at 24, 48, 72 Hz however.
