Steelseries xai problem

                                                           XAI PROBLEM

 

 

Hello, i just recieved my XAI today (nice) then it doesnt work when i have it plugged in my usb port i can't start my computer, and it isnt working on any other computers in my home?

 

- what should i do?!?!?

    Try unplug it after boot and then plug it again (with system on)...

    i have done that, and all it does is disabling all of the rest of my usb ports, it's dead 4real..  :(

    yep, i think i need to send it back to them and get a new mouse or get a refund :(

    Start PC with old mouse, when windows will load finally, unplugg Your old mouse and plugg Your XAI in. Than wait. Try download Drivers from steelseries.com If doesn't work it's mean You have to old PC or Xai was in cold place (wait untill Xai get normal temperature) :D
