Fnatic - A profesional gaming team

With fnaticMSI.CoD4's UKeSA campaign hanging in the balance, they start off in a new competition. Facing off versus Team Celsus in the first of their qualification bracket matches for the ESL EMS. "Full Story" for match details.

Team Celsus are a comparatively new team, formed partially from the old zeroPoint! team, completed by players from around Europe whilst fnaticMSI have something to prove in what will be Robin "rivve" Holmen's first official tournament.

For team Celsus we see robzJe and Puni formerly of zeroPoint!, who finished fourth in the inaugural ESL EPS UK season, heading up the roster as well as Dutchman Riddle, Drake from Finland and Reaper from Sweden. The multinational players also come from a variety of ex-teams aside from robzJe and Puni with riddle and drake having played for HeXagon and reaper for JaX NeWs Crew. Whether or not the mixture of backgrounds will gel is yet to be see but they could prove a stern test for our Swedes.

fnaticMSI.CoD4 suffered from an extremely difficult UKeSA season and are currently sitting in 5th place with the threat of a relegation match looming over the side. Tonight's match on Backlot provides the opportunity to escape the lacklustre UKeSA performance and carry on the momentum from their last victory versus ButtonBashers and to gain so vital practice ahead of i36 this weekend.
