After beating some impressive names, Sebastian"Spartie" Siira has won his third straight G-DATA QuakeLive Cup, walking away with another 100€.

The sixth GDATA QuakeLive Cup was held today, with an impressive lineup of players fighting for the 100€ first-place prize. Though many matches between many of Europe's top players, only two remained, pitting Sebastian against Adrien "burnedd" Denis of Serious Gaming.

The final match was especially intense and actually went to a fifth map. The first map of the series was extremely close as fights between both players was extremely rare and came down to the final seconds. With the Swede losing the next two maps, the series was set at 1-2. Though in true dominant-fashion, Sebastian was able to win the next two by quite large margins, sealing his victory and first-place finish in the tournament.

When asked about his performance during the tournament and the outcome, Sebastian told me

"The final was alot harder than I excepted. He played very well. The tournament was played smoothly without any delays and everyone did a good job. Looking forward to the next cup."
