Two weeks have gone by since FnaticMSI lost to NaVi in the Extreme Masters Season IV World Championship Grand Final. Harley 'dsn' Örwall now sat down with GameSports.de and answered several questions about himself and his team FnaticMSI.

Harley does only share his thoughts about NaVi and their chances in the future but also discusses FnaticMSI's highly successful campaign in 2009, his team's goals for 2010 and the addition of Björn 'threat' Pers to the lineup of FnaticMSI. A snippet of the interview can be found below:

You are one of the most constant teams within the CS-Scene and since years at the top. mTw had their most successful year but currently some problems to stay at the top. What is the secret of your success and how have you achieved such continuous performance?

I think our secret is to always work hard. When entering a tournament we don’t see ourselves as favorites, we know that a lot of teams can beat each other on any given day. The key to consistency is to come as prepared as you can and have fun while playing. We try to not worry too much about the end results – we always try to play our best game and we have been fortunate enough to do well doing so.

What is about the harmony within the team?  Are the team members open minded also for criticism whithin the team even if they are friends?

Yes, I think so. We don’t argue very much though, or at least we don’t argue to the point that we get angry at each other.
