FnaticMSI welcomes Pedro 'LucifroN' Moreno Duran to its StarCraft II roster.
We are proud to present our latest addition to our already strong StarCraft II roster. The young and Spanish Pedro 'LucifroN' Moreno Duran will be joining FnaticMSI.SC.
Pedro his nickname, LucifroN, must be one that rings a bell for everyone. The Spaniard was a very successful and rising star in the WarCraft III scene, playing for teams such as MeetYourMakers and nGize in the past. But since the Starcraft II beta, Pedro has been hooked by the game.
In his WarCraft III time, Pedro has achieved top spots at events such as at the Blizzcon World and European Finals in 2008 and 2009 respectively, ESWC Masters of Cheonan, the World Cyber Games 2008, and many more. Also in the short time he plays StarCraft II he has already impressed at some big online tournaments, including a first places at the ESL Go4SC2 Tournament and the StarCraft II Beta 1on1 ESL TV Invitational #1 and a second place at the GosuCup Invitational.
LucifroN has been without a team for some time now, but with FnaticMSI on his side he will be looking to attend major Starcraft II tournaments and represent our name with pride. First on his list is the ESL Intel Extreme Masters Global Challenge at gamescom in Cologne, Germany, where he is placed in Group C.
Here is his official statement:
"After some time looking for a team while getting finished with my last WarCraft 3 tournaments, I'm happy to announce that I'll be playing for team FnaticMSI from now on.
With StarCraft 2 being a new game, and a lot of tournaments coming up, I had it clear in my mind that I should join a trustful organisation so I could take part in a lot of those tournaments. With FnaticMSI I'm sure this will be possible, so I couldn't be happier about joining fnatic right now. Let's have a great time together and a special thanks to MSI, SteelSeries, BigFoot Networks, SLAPPA and UGAME for making the chance!"
Elroy 'Noname' Pinto, FnaticMSI's General Manager, said this about Pedro's addition:
"Today we can successfully announce the arrival of LucifroN to FnaticMSI. It's been a small task getting a hold of him but we've had our eyes on him from a long time and to finally have him on our team is a great feeling. LucifroN will no doubt be a player to watch and his personality makes him an easy person to work with. He will contribute not only to the brand of FnaticMSI but also to our community. I'd like to thank our title sponsor MSI and our main sponsors SteelSeries, BigFoot Networks, SLAPPA & UGAME for making this possible."
The FnaticMSI StarCraft 2 roster contains these players:
Pedro 'LucifroN' Moreno Duran
Kristijonas 'Kr' Barisas

Jian Carlo 'Fenix' Morayra Alejo
