Another successful day for our DotA 2 team in The Premier League

After four rounds of The Premier League, our guys are currently sharing the second spot on the table with Na`Vi, who are yet to play their fourth round match. After beating Mineski, playing 1:1 with MYM, and losing to Na`Vi, our guys had a tough match today. The opponents were mighty EG, who are recently playing with former MYM player, arguably one of the best players in the world, the one and only - Maelk. Maelk's addition in the past games of EG, proved to be the right move. With a score 8:2 in the last ten games, EG is already on the spotlight as one of the toughest teams on the scene. Our guys held their ground proudly, and brought another 2:0 victory, even though only one game was played, as EG forfeited the 2nd match.

The game itself was very dynamic, and there for really exciting to watch. Heroes like Furion, Broodmother and Chen found their spots in picks, which is not so common nowadays.  FnaticRaidCall got Furion while the other two were picked up by EG. The addition of Shadow Shaman gave EG a lot of pushing potential, while our team's pick was more team-fight oriented.

The game started of by a 5:0 lead in favor of FnaticRaidCall. After few mistakes and some nice ganks by EG, they managed to get a 10:0 spree and make the score 10:5. EG started gaining even more advantage by pushing all the towers outside the FnaticRaidCall base, and also managed to destroy the middle base tower of our team. They had more than 15 000 gold advantage at one point. Needless to say, that didn't scare our captain GordaN, who managed to farm up his Morphling, who started being the beast of the midgame. After getting his Linken's Sphere and Ethereal blade, EG simply couldn't find the solution for him. After few successful teamfights, FnaticRaidCall evened the score and also got the Aegis of the Immortal on GordaN, which secured them even more space to push and initiate teamfights. By pushing top lane, our team destroyed the barracks, and crushed all EG's hopes, which forced them to call for a good game and also decide to forfeit a second match.
