LOL | Broxah Signs for 2019

Today, we can confirm Mads ‘Broxah’ Brock-Pedersen’s signature for another year as our League of Legends jungle player.

Since first joining Fnatic as part of our Academy programme two years ago, Broxah’s rise has been nothing short of inspirational.

In his time as our starting jungler, Broxah has won two EU LCS Splits, become an EU All-Pro, qualified for two World Championships and has been widely accepted as perhaps the best jungler in the western regions.

“Broxah has been a centrepiece for this team, both inside and outside of the game. He’s been a real role model. The fans can see for themselves how well he’s been performing, so we’re really happy that Broxah has signed on for the next year.” - Joey ‘YoungBuck’ Steltenpool

Despite making a name for himself as an assassin player, Broxah has never been shy of adapting to every metagame, especially in the essence of supporting his laners. He has helped his ADC, Martin ‘Rekkles’ Larsson and fellow countryman, Rasmus ‘Caps’ Winther, to two and one EU LCS MVP awards respectively over the past three splits.

“My first two years with Fnatic have been really great. I think this year we’ve been going even further than last year due to many factors, one of them being [YoungBuck].

I want to keep building on this team, work hard to go as far as we can and hopefully maintain our spot as the best European team.

Fnatic was the team that gave me my first shot in LCS and I want to help them stay at the top now and do my best to thank them by signing on and staying here.” - Mads ‘Broxah’ Pedersen

Before 2019, though, Broxah and his team will begin their World Championships campaign in South Korea on 11th October. We begin Worlds against 100 Thieves at 12PM CEST.
