LoL: Off-Season Update

It’s a few weeks now since Season 7 ended for our League of Legends team and after taking some time to recharge, we’re now back at it, reflecting on the last year and rebuilding ahead of 2018.

Our team has been outstanding, there’s no doubt about that. Everyone from the players to the manager to the coach and analysts, all the way to the fleet of FNATIC fans back home - we’ve all endured and celebrated as one. To every person involved, we are so very grateful for the wild ride you’ve given us this year!

Something we’ve been very proud of as an organisation has been our commitment to improving the structure around our roster; we of course achieved a lot in 2017, implementing a separate space in Berlin for our players to practice and bringing in supporting staff to cater to our player’s specific needs.

We’re constantly learning in this endeavour, and as the off-season takes shape we want to carry on developing our backroom organisation and facilities to give our roster the best possible opportunity to succeed.

With this in mind, we’re looking to add additional members to our management and coaching team.

As you may already know, our long time Team Manager, Finlay ‘Quaye’ Stewart has stepped back from his role in Berlin, so we will be looking to recruit a Team Director in his place.

Quaye will be stepping down from his duties as Team Director.

In addition we’re hoping to hire a Performance Coach, a Head Analyst and an Assistant Coach.

You can find all of the employment listings here, so if you feel you are suited to one or of the roles, please take the time to consider applying. We’d love to hear from you!

We’ll be keeping you updated as the off-season develops, so stay tuned for more...
