As our Production Lead, you'll oversee the work of Producers and Production Coordinator in managing multiple concurrent projects, and interact with other teams across Fnatic globally. • Work with Finance and other stakeholders to establish budgets and resource allocation
  • Build a pool of freelance resource that is available to deploy on projects as required
  • Ensure obligated project deliverables are executed to a high standard, and flag issues to project stakeholders proactively where standards are not being met
  • Manage resources that are at times distributed globally, and look to ways to optimise interactions on complex projects
  • Lead on retrospectives to ensure learnings from each project are taken forward into future projects
  • Support the development and enhancement of Fnatic's project management tools, and be a champion for their adoption internally
  • Mentor and manage Creative Producers and the Production Coordinator, taking an active role in their development and setting meaningful goals
  • Lead on ad-hoc projects defined by your manager

  • Ability to prioritise and reallocate resource across projects
  • Ability to work with stakeholders (internal and external) at varying levels of seniority
  • A positive disposition, resilient and calm under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable
