Partnerships Analyst

Fnatic’s Partnerships team has a vision to shape and set the standards for how brands engage in the new world of sports entertainment. As a Partnerships Analyst, you’ll play a key role in achieving this vision through providing the analytics and research that powers identifying new prospective partners; as well as providing regular insights that highlight Fnatic's success in helping existing partners achieve their brand goals connecting to the growing international esports audience.

Your mission is to:

  • Act at the primary administrator on Fnatic's commercial CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Identify system/tool/infrastructure needs and negotiate with external suppliers as necessary to rollout changes that drive revenue growth and streamline sales processes
  • Draw up detailed go-to-market playbooks that enable Fnatic to execute international expansion projects from a Partnerships perspective in a nimble and well-considered manner, with clear outlines of best practice timelines and resource needs
  • Regularly report to leadership and update the team on Partnerships pipelines in all regions, against all assets and inventory types
  • Drive the unification of our propositions and 'products', their naming conventions, all assets/inventory and their pricing
  • Review proposals/contracts before going to market to ensure commercial benchmarks are hit and that the rights offered align with Fnatic's tiering structure
  • Establish deep reporting capabilities that acts as the single source of truth
  • Work closely with the Data team to create insights, data and documentation to that enables the Partnerships team to demonstrate performance and value to partners/brands
  • Help foster an insights-led mindset across the Partnerships function, and ensure BI tools are embedded into team processes/workflow as well as contributing to further development of this function within Fnatic
  • Help shape future sales strategies with analysis that allows for data-driven decision making
  • Support the development of more Fnatic owned and operated channels and products, and deliver insights that enable the most effective targeting and delivery within them
  • Support ad-hoc projects as defined by the Partnerships Director

We're looking for:

  • Proven experience deriving and presenting insights in a fast-paced company
  • Strong research skills and ability to present information succinctly
  • A curious mindset, connected with market trends and opportunities
  • A spreadsheet expert, with advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets functionality
  • CRM administration experience (ideally Salesforce)
  • A smart, strategic thinker who is great at solving problems (not just ones that involve numbers!)
  • A high level of accuracy
  • Comfort working with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Team-centric outlook, seeing your work as part of the team’s overall plan, and happy to contribute on individual projects or support others with theirs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable
