I keep watching on my phone too and sometimes my chat doesn't update at all and stream lags but I did put the resolution down and it seems to be fine after that

I was there having a look but it seemed like guess work by everyone and ranting by some so just left it as is didn't know we were in a bad shape CS wise haven't properly played or watched CS for good 7 year's now
