What is the Fnatic Plus Subscription?
Fnatic Plus is a subscription service that brings our fans closer to the org.
With a set monthly cost, this subscription gets you access to monthly prizes, bespoke products, early access drops, fan-only events, and much more.
How does this benefit fans?
It gives our fans more chances than ever to support their org through custom fan activations and get closer to the players, teams, and inside workings of Fnatic.
Why a subscription service?
A subscription service enables us to offer benefits at a low cost. By creating an ongoing service, we can continually offer value while working with our core fans to build bigger and better experiences for them.
Can I buy it from anywhere in the world?
Yes, you can purchase the subscription from anywhere in the world through either the web or the app.
How are prize winners chosen?
Prize winners are randomly chosen from all users that are part of Fnatic Plus at the time of the prize draw deadline.
All Fnatic Plus members are automatically enrolled into the current and subsequent months, provided a subscription is held.
Core and Pioneer members are included automatically.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time via the source you subscribed through, for example: App Store for iOS, Play Store for Android devices, or your member account area if subscribing via the web.
What happens to my membership?
All Core and Pioneer Members will be extended to Fnatic Plus free of charge for the entirety of the duration a key is connected to their Fnatic ID.
What happens if I don't want my prize?
If you don’t want to claim your prize, please email subscriptions@fnatic.com so we can redraw the prize.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional subscription fees.
How do I pay/how does billing work?
You can pay via credit or debit card or through Stripe as a web payments system. Each month, the full subscription amount will be debited from your chosen payment method.

What currency can I pay in?
Payment currencies are EUR, GBP, JPY, and USD. However, you will be able to pay with any card that your bank account is associated with.
I signed up for a year but I want to cancel; how does this work?
You can still cancel at any time; you will still have access to all your member benefits until your year expires.
Do I need a Fnatic ID to subscribe?
Yes, you will need to have a Fnatic ID account in order to associate the Fnatic Plus subscription plan with it.
Do I need the app to subscribe?
No, you can subscribe via the web as well as the app.
