SorayaHead of Talent Management

My proudest moment at Fnatic so far was when my team signed the worlds top female Fortnite streamer, Loeya. Up to that point we didn't have any top tier female pro talent on the roster, bringing in female representation was a pivotal first step towards making sure Fnatic represents all gamers equally.

MartinoVideographer

I feel so lucky to be doing a job that I love. Being a videographer is a bit like being a sculptor, a painter: we get to narrate stories through our eyes, shaping them to enhance storytelling, and working with Fnatic pushes this to the maximum. The freedom and support I have here is nowhere else to be found.

KatDigital Designer

I really enjoy the creative freedom Fnatic offers. As designers, you get a chance to work on many diverse projects, from helping the apparel team to creating landing pages and 3D projects. It gives you many opportunities to learn in areas you want to improve. Even starting as a graphic design intern, you can get your hands on bigger projects or even lead campaigns if you’re up for it!

FabianPerformance Coach (LoL)

I felt welcomed and part of a family from the first day on. What also stands out for me is the transparency, willingness to share and learn from each other and that unbeatable combo of highest aspirations and enjoyment of what we do. As Performance Coach, I like the challenge to critically think about the best possible solution to improve performance and health of our players on a daily basis. It’s exciting to work with people from so many different nations, cultural backgrounds and personal stories that are connected by the same goals.

ApostolData Analyst

Being a Data Analyst at Fnatic means that you get to work with very diverse functions throughout the business that all present very unique challenges and opportunities. Day to day activities cover anything from ecommerce analytics to vast amounts of social data, pro gaming & our global supply chain. This combined with the freedom to pave your own solutions throughout the entire lifecycle makes working at Fnatic very exciting.

Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.

Our diversity and inclusion strategy exists to further that mission. Because we recognise that a strong senior level commitment to inclusion is important, our strategy is driven by Fnatic’s founder and CEO, Sam Mathews.

We are committed to acting on feedback from fans and our partners in relation to diversity. We accept that Fnatic can learn from consulting widely on the issues our strategy exists to tackle, and are committed to be honest about progress on our diversity journey.

Open Roles

Partnerships

Fnatic’s Partnerships team has a vision to shape and set the standards for how the world's biggest brands engage and activate Gen Z and Millenial audiences in the new world of entertainment.
