Hisense Raffle Live Show | Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Eligibility

  • The Prize Draw opens at 7PM BST on Friday 27th May 2022 (Start Date) and closes at  8PM BST on Friday 27th May 2022 (Close Date).
  • The Prize Draw is only open to entrants who are aged 18 years or over on the Friday 27th May 2022 and are UK or European-residents (Eligible Entrant).
  • The Prize Draw is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms.

How to enter the Prize Draw

  • To participate in the Prize Draw, you must:
    • be an Eligible Entrant; and
    • submit a ‘#answer’ followed by your answer via the Twitch chat during the livestream event on Fnatic’s Twitch channel (www.twitch.com/fnatic) before the Close Date (a Valid Entry).
  • Eligible Entrants can make one Valid Entry per raffle round (each a Round). There will be three (3) Rounds.
  • If an Eligible Entrant submits more than one answer in a Round, their first answer shall be counted as their submission.
  • Eligible Entrants may only be selected to win one (1) prize. Further entries to later Rounds by Winners will be discounted.
  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the General Competition Terms, Each Valid Entry will go into the draw to win one (1) x Tier 1 prize (Hisense TV and Soundbar), one (1) x Tier 2 prize (a Hisense Soundbar), one (1) x Tier 3 prize (a Fnatic React Headset) (each a ‘Prize’), as determined by the Round.
  • The total number of Prizes available is as follows:
    • One (1) x Hisense TV and Soundbar
    • Two (2) x Hisense Soundbar
    • Three (3) x Fnatic React Headset

Winners

  • There will be six (6) winners for the Prize Draw (the Winners, each a Winner), with a maximum of one (1) Prize per Winner.
  • The Winners will be selected at random by Fnatic from all Valid Entries.
  • Winners will be contacted through a direct message via a Fnatic certified social media account to confirm the contact details we will use to send the prize.
  • Winners will be notified within 7 days of the Close Date.
  • Winners must:
    • acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 3 days of Fnatic’s notification;
    • If requested by Fnatic,  evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction.
    • provide Fnatic with their home address to which the Prize will be shipped.

If a Winner fails to do any of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries.

  • Prizes will be dispatched by Fnatic to the address provided by the Winner within 14 days from the date that a Winner confirms the address to which they wish to receive a Prize.
