Business Development Manager

Fnatic’s Partnerships team has a vision to shape and set the standards for how brands engage in the new world of entertainment. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in achieving this vision and connecting partners to the growing esports audience of Gen Z and Millennials. You’ll leverage Fnatic’s capability across content, events, products, press, and social media, as well as new digital media properties to generate new partnership revenue streams with Tier 1 global brands. Your mission is to:

Chief Marketing Officer

As the first CMO at Fnatic, you will have a career defining opportunity to build the biggest brand in the converging world of sports and entertainment, esports. You will have the opportunity to refine and build a prodigious Marketing team that both ensures we deliver on our immediate goals, but also provides the foundation to scale rapidly and expand globally.

Your mission is to:

  • Devise and own the marketing strategy for the Fnatic and Fnatic Gear brands, aligning the function with business goals, and manage budget and day-to-day operations accordingly
  • Define, build and manage the appropriate channel mix to achieve an integrated marketing approach across our Fnatic Gear, Apparel and Pro-Gaming divisions

As an Apparel Designer at Fnatic, you’ll have an important role to play in the evolution of the Fnatic brand through our apparel collections. As Head of Content at Fnatic, you have the opportunity to build an industry-leading content machine. You’ll lead a team focused on producing out-of-the-box content that grows and enhances the Fnatic brand, generates product sales across Fnatic Gear, apparel and merchandise, and reimagines how branded content is delivered for our partners. Head of Commercial Finance

Fnatic is on a course of rapid global expansion, leading esports into every household through content, products and experiences. As our first Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll be a self-starter, able to shape a role that supports our growth by building insights of our Product business in particular, and drives efficiencies through data-driven recommendations.


You’ll own the associated management reporting, and lead our forecasting and planning process. You’ll be a true business partner, and understand well the world of Ecommerce in order to produce timely, accurate reporting and comprehensive financial analysis to support management decisions. Your work will directly impact our success, and in a small team you’ll have a big opportunity to shape an FP&A function for a global business in an industry whose growth shows no signs of slowing down.


Your mission is to:

  • Own long-term financial planning and modelling for P&L, cashflow and Balance Sheet
  • Drive profitability of our product business through clear analysis of performance across regions and product ranges
  • Provide market and broader retail insights to support the development of key metrics to monitor
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster active business partnering

  • FP&A experience within an Ecommerce environment (ideally direct-to-consumer)

  • Experience developing models to drive profit growth and understanding of relevant business performance metrics
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent; with a strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards

Video Content Intern

Berlin, DE

As a Video Content Intern at Fnatic, you’ll assist in shooting, editing and delivering content true to brief and on vision. You’ll assist in maintaining Fnatic’s content quality standards, and also help maintain an efficient workflow. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the business from ideation through to production of video content.

In our Content team, there are a number of moving parts across 10 of the world’s leading Esports titles. You gotta be up for it and comfortable working in what is often a high pressure environment. As an intern, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn how to work in the Esports industry from behind-the-scenes, gaining video production skills from shooting to editing as well as building knowledge to progress your content creation career.

This is a paid internship opportunity, ideally offered on a six-month basis.

Your mission is to:

  • Assist in on-location filming for our League of Legends team, and across content duties from shooting, editing and social media
  • Transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions
  • Complete trouble and preventative maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment
  • Ensure deliverables are on brand, budget and vision with guidance from the Visual Content Creator
  • Deliver on location assets for Fnatic social channels during live events and key in-play moments
  • Shoot content for player’s personal channels to assist in brand building and narrative coverage of the team
