Partnerships Manager

Fnatic’s Partnerships team has a vision to shape and set the standards for how brands engage in the new world of sports entertainment. As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in achieving this vision and connecting partners to the growing esports audience of Gen Z and Millennials. You'll manage the strategy and delivery of partner activations with global brands such as Deezer and OnePlus. Through successful partner management, you can shape what partnership opportunities are in sports entertainment.


Your mission is to:

  • Make delivering success for our partners your prime responsibility through world-class relationship management

Frontend Developer

As part of the tech team at Fnatic, you’ll be working at the edge of emerging platforms and experiences. Being a Frontend Developer with us will involve building and maintaining our platforms, creating immersive web campaigns and developing Twitch tools. You’ll know when to use emerging tech… and when not to. You’re excited about 3D environments, maybe you’ve played around with Spark AR or Google Poly readying for the AR future - but also happy to develop a new ecommerce react component.

Fnatic’s Partnerships team has a vision to shape and set the standards for how brands engage in the new world of entertainment. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in achieving this vision and connecting partners to the growing esports audience of Gen Z and Millennials. You’ll leverage Fnatic’s capability across content, events, products, press, and social media, as well as new digital media properties to generate new partnership revenue streams with Tier 1 global brands. As the first CMO at Fnatic, you will have a career defining opportunity to build the biggest brand in the converging world of sports and entertainment, esports. You will have the opportunity to refine and build a prodigious Marketing team that both ensures we deliver on our immediate goals, but also provides the foundation to scale rapidly and expand globally.

Your mission is to:

  • Devise and own the marketing strategy for the Fnatic and Fnatic Gear brands, aligning the function with business goals, and manage budget and day-to-day operations accordingly
  • Define, build and manage the appropriate channel mix to achieve an integrated marketing approach across our Fnatic Gear, Apparel and Pro-Gaming divisions

As an Apparel Designer at Fnatic, you’ll have an important role to play in the evolution of the Fnatic brand through our apparel collections. Your mission is to:

  • Design and develop new collections that make Fnatic the market leader in esports apparel
  • Provide moodboards, concepts and material recommendations for range and collections
  • Deliver innovative designs that will resonate with existing Fnatic customers and attract new ones

As Head of Content at Fnatic, you have the opportunity to build an industry-leading content machine. You’ll lead a team focused on producing out-of-the-box content that grows and enhances the Fnatic brand, generates product sales across Fnatic Gear, apparel and merchandise, and reimagines how branded content is delivered for our partners. You also lead and further grow a team that intimately understands our current and desired audience, and the best way to leverage social channels to get our content in front of them.

As the leader of the Content operation for the largest Esports team in Europe, you’ll have an unparalleled resource to create memorable storylines and leverage the already significant communities behind our players, influencers and game titles.
