Nico, how do you feel this Spring Academy season has been for you and the Rising squad?

Spring split has been a rollercoaster for the team and we've come a long way. We've grown together quite nicely and the overall mood in the team has been great throughout the split. I’m especially proud of our new players Bravado and Pride who have worked hard to integrate themselves into the bunch.

With the team split up over different countries, how important is reliable connection and security to the team?

As a group split across multiple places playing online tournaments, having a reliable connection is one of the most important things for us to be able to practice at all. We wouldn’t be able to play without it, so being confident in the stability of your connection is crucial for our team to perform at their best.

With more competition than ever being played online right now, how important is it to the team that they can practice and play securely?

More than anything, the player’s security is the most important thing as a team manager. Safe practice and play for the players means that they are more easily able to focus on the game and their performance.

As the team head coach, how important is keeping your team’s play style, strategy and practice results private?

Often we practice things in scrims or in preparation for our upcoming games that we think will win us the match and give us an edge in the competition. Keeping our practice private and secret is something that has a huge impact on professional matches, so it's extremely important.
