Ever since joining Fnatic in 2018, Zdravets “Hylissang” Galabov has had a fundamental impact on how our League of Legends team play the game. His aggressive, unrelenting play-style has become synonymous with Fnatic over the years. Signature engages on champions such as Pyke and Rakan has cemented his reputation in League of Legends esports as one of the most feared supports to play against in the World. He is popularly known as “The Professor” in Korea for his creative angles and one-of-a-kind plays.

With his contract nearing its end after Worlds 2021, Hylissang has signed a contract extension, staying on the team until the end of 2023.

"He’s one of those players that are able to do things that others just can’t."

After the departure of long-time botlane partner Rekkles in 2020, Hylissang paired up with new Fnatic ADC Upset at the beginning of 2021. The duo has made waves with their dominance in the LEC. No other bot duo has had more 2v2 kills in the league and their success has translated across the team, helping Fnatic secure an LEC finals berth and a Worlds 2021 spot as Europe’s second seed.

As one of Fnatic’s longest serving pros, Hylissang has achieved 2 LEC titles in 2018, multiple finals appearances and a Worlds finals appearance and he doesn’t want to stop there:

“I’m excited to continue my journey with Fnatic,” said the superstar support. “We’ve done amazing things together and I can’t wait to see what we can do in the future with this team. I re-signed with Fnatic because I truly believe we will be the best team in the LEC.”

Hylissang

“Hylissang is not only the best support in the West but a very special player. He’s one of those players that are able to do things that others just can’t. His hunger to win has not diminished and it's a blessing that he can continue his journey in the black and orange.”

Hylissang will compete with the rest of Fnatic at the upcoming Worlds 2021 tournament in Reykjavik, Iceland. As a veteran of many Worlds campaigns, his teammates, especially the younger rookies, will look to him for leadership during the most important time of the season.
