    1. We are Fnatic Limited (that's who we mean by "Fnatic", "we, "us" or "our").

    3. The promoter of this promotion is Blacklyte Inc a company registered in the Canada, under business number 798995619 and its registered office at 219 Dufferin St 100a 1, Toronto, ON M6K 3J1, Canada (the “Promoter”)
  2. What are these terms and conditions? Do any other Terms apply?
    1. These are the terms and conditions ("Promo T&Cs") which govern your redemption and use of the promotion code provided to you by Fnatic (“Promo Code”) for access to a discount on the Eligible Products for the duration of the Promo Period (both as defined below).
    2. Your use of the Promo Code is also subject to the following terms and conditions any Promoter Terms and Conditions or policies (e.g. privacy policies) that apply to the Promo, and these Promo T&Cs.
    3. By redeeming your Promo Code, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Promo T&Cs and all terms and conditions referred to or incorporated in them.
  3. Allocation of Code
    1. On 18 January 2025 Fnatic will make the Promo Code available to all Fnatic App users, accessible through a post in the Fnatic App Community tab.
  4. How do I redeem my Promo Code?
    1. In order to redeem your Promo Code you must be aged 18 or over and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are aged under 18 (or the age of being a minor in your home country) then your parent or guardian will need to enter into these Promo T&Cs on your behalf.

  5. What do I get for redeeming my Promo Code?
    1. Your Promo Code will grant you a 10% discount on the Eligible Products.
  6. Are there any specific requirements for this Promotion?
    1. Your Promo Code must be used from 10:00 AM GMT on 18 January 2025 to 10:00 PM GMT on 4 February 2025 (the “Promo Period”).
    2. This discount campaign is only valid for customers residing in the following territories:

  • EU
  • US
  • Canada
  1. Promo Codes can be used for all products on Promoter’s website in the above mentioned territories (the “Eligible Products”). The Promo Codes cannot be applied to any other products other than Eligible Products.
  2. The Promo Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions offered by Fnatic, any Fnatic partner (including the Promoter) or by any other third party.
  3. In the event of a return of an Eligible Product, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e. with applied discount.

  5. Changes to these Promo T&Cs
    1. We reserve the right to update, change, modify or terminate these Promo T&Cs immediately on notice to you if there is a change in applicable law or regulation or there are security reasons which mean that we need to change your access to these Promo T&Cs.
  6. Governing law and Jurisdiction
    1. These Promo T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any such dispute or claim.
