Fnatic x BMW Berlin Facility - Experience Price Draw

Introduction and Eligibility

The Prize Draw opens at 5pm GMT on 15 June 2022 (Start Date) and closes at 5pm GMT on 22 June 2022 (Close Date).
The Prize Draw is open to Core and Pioneer Key Holders only, aged 18 years or over on the Start Date (Eligible Entrant).
The Prize Draw is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms.

How to enter the Prize Draw

To participate in the Prize Draw, you must be an Eligible Entrant and you must submit this Typeform detailing why you should be chosen before the Close Date (Valid Entry).
There is a limit of one (1) Valid Entry per Eligible Entrant. Any additional Typeform submissions will be discounted.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the General Competition Terms, Each Valid Entry will go into the draw to win the opportunity for the Winner and one (1) guest to attend the Berlin HQ, meet the LEC team and tour the new facility in July 2022 (the Prize/HQ Experience).

Winners

There will be one (1) Winner for the Prize Draw (the Winner) and one (1) Prize.
The Winner will be selected at random from all Valid Entries and will be entitled to bring one (1) guest with them.
The Winner will be contacted by Fnatic via email within seven (7) days of the Close Date.
The Winner must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within three (3) days of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction.

The Winner and their guest:

will be offered three (3) possible dates in July 2022 on which they may attend the Berlin HQ for the HQ Experience. They must agree on one (1) of the dates within three (3) days of being provided the dates and confirm that date with Fnatic.
will need to present a negative lateral flow test result taken on the day upon entering the facility.
The Winner and their guest are solely responsible for all costs associated with attendance to the Fnatic HQ in Berlin including all travel, travel insurance, food and drink, and accomodation.
Fnatic may revoke the Prize and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries if:
the Winner does not confirm they wish to receive the Prize, or which of the dates they have selected within three (3) days of being contacted by Fnatic;
the Winner is unable to evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction;
The winner and their guest are unable to attend the HQ Experience on any of the three proposed dates in July 2022.

The Prize - HQ Experience

The Winner and their guest will be welcomed at the Berlin HQ by a member of Fnatic Staff. The HQ Experience will include a tour of the facility (approx 10 mins), an opportunity to meet members of the LEC team (approx. 10 mins), a jersey-signing session (approx. 10 mins), and chance to practice in the second gaming room (includes a playstation, PCs, a racing simulator) for the remainder of the time.
The HQ Experience will last approximately 3 hours, and will begin promptly at the scheduled time. It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that they (and their guest) arrive on time. The HQ Experience will not be extended if they arrive late.
For the avoidance of doubt, Fnatic is not responsible for any costs associated with the Winner accepting or enjoying the HQ Experience (travel, accommodation, food and drink, insurance etc).
