Partner Fan Survey Q1 2024 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Eligibility

  • The Prize Draw opens at 13:00 GMT on 29 March 2024 (Start Date) and closes at 18:00 BST on 10 April 2024 (Close Date).
  • The Prize Draw is only open to entrants who are aged 18 years or over on the Start Date (Eligible Entrant).
  • The Prize Draw is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms.

How to enter the Prize Draw

  • To participate in the Prize Draw, you must be an Eligible Entrant and fill in our Partner Fan Survey before the Close Date (Valid Entry).
  • There is a limit of one (1) Valid Entry per Eligible Entrant.
  • Eligible Entrants who complete a Valid Entry through the link provided on the Partner Fan Survey post on the Fnatic App will increase their 1 x Valid Entry to 15 x Valid Entries for their selected Prize.
  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the General Competition Terms, each Valid Entry will go into the draw to win either:
    • CS2 Prize - The 2 x CS2 Skins listed below (Wear will be at least Field Tested or higher):
      • M4A1-S Golden Coil Covert Rifle
      • AK-47 Asiimov Covert Rifle
    • LoL Prize - 1 x Legendary OR Ultimate League of Legends Skin and a Riot Points gift card worth $50*; or
    • Valorant Prize - 1 x Riot Points gift card worth $100*

(each a ‘Prize’), depending on each Eligible Entrant’s choice.

  • Each Eligible Entrant shall pick a Prize option as part of their Valid Entry and forfeits the chance to win any of the other Prizes.

*The true value of the Riot Points gift card will be subject to a Winner’s country of residence, the Barclays conversion rates on the date of issue, and available options for Riot Points gift cards in that country. Fnatic will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the full value as stated, but reserves the right to deliver an amount that is either lower or higher, with as little alteration as reasonably possible.


Winners

There is a maximum of 3 Winner(s) for the Prize Draw (Winner(s)) and 1 Prize per Winner.

  • There is a maximum of 1 Winner per game title Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be 1 x CS2 Prize Winner, 1 x LoL Prize Winner, and 1 x Valorant Prize Winner.
  • Each Winner will be selected at random from all Valid Entries within the Winner’s chosen Prize pool.
  • Winner(s) will be contacted by Fnatic via email from an official Fnatic representative.
  • Winner(s) will be notified within 7 days of the Close Date.
  • Winner(s) must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 3 days of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction. If a Winner fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize from the Winner and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries.
  • Prize(s) will be dispatched by Fnatic within 60 days from the date that a Winner acknowledges that they wish to receive a Prize, to the relevant contact details provided by the Winner.
