Q1 2025 Partner Fan Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Eligibility

  • The Prize Draw opens at 11:00 BST on 25 April 2025 (Start Date) and closes at 17:00 BST on 10 May 2025 (Close Date).
  • The Prize Draw is only open to persons aged 18 or over on survey start date strictly located in a country that Fnatic ships to (Eligible Entrant).
  • The Prize Draw is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms.
  • By entering the Prize Draw you agree to these terms and conditions and the General Competition Terms.

How to enter the Prize Draw

  • To participate in the Prize Draw, you must be an Eligible Entrant and fill in our Partner Fan Survey before the Close Date (Valid Entry).
  • A limit of ONE Valid Entry per Eligible Entrant is enforced.
  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the General Competition Terms, each Valid Entry will go into the draw to win either one of the following (each a Prize):
    • Valorant: 1 x Fnatic Pro Jersey and 1 x $100 Riot Points Gift Card*
    • League of Legends: 1 x Fnatic Pro Jersey and 1 x $100 Riot Points Gift Card*
    • CS2: 1 x Fnatic Pro Jersey and 1 x $100 Steam Gift Card
  • Each Eligible Entrant shall pick a Prize option as part of their Valid Entry and forfeits the chance to win any of the other Prizes.

*The true value of the Riot Points gift card will be subject to a Winner’s country of residence, the Barclays conversion rates on the date of issue, and available options for Riot Points gift cards in that country. Fnatic will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the full value as stated, but reserves the right to deliver an amount that is either lower or higher, with as little alteration as reasonably possible.


Winners

  • There is a maximum of 3 Winner(s) for the Prize Draw (Winner(s)) and 1 Prize(s) per Winner.
  • There is a maximum of 1 Winner per game title Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be 1 x Valorant Prize Winner, 1 x League of Legends Prize Winner, and 1 x CS2 Prize Winner.
  • The Winner(s) will be selected at random from all Valid Entries.
  • Winner(s) will be contacted by Fnatic via email from an official Fnatic representative
  • Winner(s) will be notified within 14 days of the Close Date.
  • Winner(s) must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 3 days of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction. If a Winner fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize from the Winner and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries.
  • Prize(s) will be dispatched by Fnatic within 60 days from the date that a Winner acknowledges that they wish to receive a Prize, to the relevant contact details provided by the Winner.
