Introduction and Eligibility

• The Prize Draw opens at 17:00 BST on 10 October 2023 (Start Date) and closes at 17:00 BST on 24 October 2023 (Close Date).
• The Prize Draw is open to Fnatic Fans located in locations where Fnatic.com ships to (Eligible Entrant(s)).
• The Prize Draw is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms. By entering the Prize Draw you agree to these terms and conditions and the General Competition Terms.
  

How to enter the Prize Draw

• To participate in the Prize Draw, you must:
  • be an Eligible Entrant;
  • Like the Sony INZONE Giveaway announcement tweet (X) on @fnatic; and
  • Tag a friend in the replies before the Close Date (Valid Entry).
• There is a limit of one Valid Entry per Eligible Entrant.
• Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the General Competition Terms, each Valid Entry will go into the draw to win one of:
  • 1 x INZONE Earbuds white;
  • 1 x INZONE Earbuds Black;
  • 1 x INZONE H5 White;
  • 1 x INZONE H5 Black; or
  • 1 x INZONE H9 Black

chosen at random (each a Prize).

Winners

• There is a maximum of 5 x Winner(s) for the Prize Draw (Winner(s)) and 1 x Prize per Winner.
• The Winner(s) will be selected at random from all Valid Entries.
• Winner(s) will be contacted by Fnatic via Twitter DM and then emailed to obtain delivery details for their Prize.
• Winner(s) will be notified within 7 days of the Close Date.
• Winner(s) must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 3 days of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction. If a Winner fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize from the Winner and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries.
• Prize(s) will be dispatched by Fnatic within 30 days from the date that a Winner acknowledges that they wish to receive a Prize, to the relevant contact details provided by the Winner.
