Zeri Emote Giveaway Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Eligibility

• The Prize Draw opens at 1pm GMT on 14 April 2023 (Start Date) and closes at 1pm GMT on 21 April 2023 (Close Date).
• The Prize Draw is only open to entrants based in the EU and who are aged 18 years or over on the Start Date (Eligible Entrant).
• The Prize Draw is only open to entrants with an active EUW account on Riot Games' League of Legends server on the Start Date.
• The Prize Draw is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms.

How to enter the Prize Draw

• To participate in the Prize Draw, you must be an Eligible Entrant and perform the following steps:

1. Follow the Fnatic Twitter account,
2. Like the Tweet announcing the Zeri Emote Giveaway, and
3. Re-tweet the Zeri Emote Giveaway announcement Tweet

before the Close Date (Valid Entry).

• There is a limit of one Valid Entry per Eligible Entrant.
• Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the General Competition Terms, Each Valid Entry will go into the draw to win 1 of the following 5 Prizes:

1. 1st Place, receives 1 x Zeri Emote code and 1 x Zeri Emote T-Shirt (in the Winner’s preferred size),
2. 2nd Place, receives 1 x Zeri Emote code,
3. 3rd Place, receives 1 x Zeri Emote code,
4. 4th Place, receives 1 x Zeri Emote code, or
5. 5th Place, receives 1 x Zeri Emote code.

(each a ‘Prize’). The Prize places are determined by a random name generator.Winners

• There is a maximum of 5 Winner(s) for the Prize Draw (Winner(s)) and 5 Prize(s) per Winner.
• The Winner(s) will be selected at random from all Valid Entries.
• Winner(s) will be contacted by Fnatic via Twitter Direct Message.
• Winner(s) will be notified within 7 days of the Close Date.
• Winner(s) must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 7 days of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction. If a Winner fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize from the Winner and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries.
• Winner(s) for the 1st Place Prize must provide Fnatic with their preferred T-Shirt size at the time of acknowledging that they wish to receive the Prize. If the Winner does not provide Fnatic with their preferred size, the Winner shall accept any size as part of the Prize.
• Prize(s) will be dispatched by Fnatic within 7 days from the date that a Winner acknowledges that they wish to receive a Prize, to the relevant contact details provided by the Winner.
