Loading...Yeah, people love to exaggerate the losses and they act like we completely bombed, but we played really well in both finals. Unfortunately, PRX and TH both played better, simple as that. A lot, if not most, of that is due to Boaster. Even Alfa has said that, while his aim is all him, his placement to get those kills is because of Boaster. We are so lucky to have him. I honestly think that he will stay with Fnatic as long as he still has a passion for the game. I don’t think FNC has any inclination to let him go unless HE wants to go

Loading...@Franky I doubt we will either. The season is almost over, all that’s left is Stage 2 and Champs. And I highly doubt they’re going to bring Leo in for Champs when he hasn’t played competitively for over a year

Loading...@zoia I mean, as of right now he’s not going anywhere. Considering Leo has all but dropped off the face of the planet, there’s no telling if/when he comes back. CoJo is usually pretty transparent, and if Leo were close to coming back, there’s a good chance we’d hear about it. If I remember correctly, I think CoJo also said Leo’s contract is up this year. So it will be interesting to see what happens with that, whether they’ll re-offer or if Leo will even want to re-sign. Crashies has been my favorite player since OpTic, so I’ll also miss him if he leaves. This might be an unpopular opinion, but between recent results and Boaster saying the vibes on this particular roster have been the best they’ve ever been …I don’t think Leo coming back will be as easy as it initially was supposed to be. I think there will definitely be some discussions had amongst leadership AND the team.

Loading...*IF* Leo comes back, they’ll most likely just use him as a 6th man or release him and allow him to go to another team. Just based on how Fnatic usually treats their players, they’ll most likely just allow him to go to a different team without requiring a buy out or anything.

Loading...@LexA As good of a player as Leo is, even someone of his ability isn’t just “ready to go” at the drop of a hat. Even if he was playing ranked Val regularly, he wouldn’t be T1 tournament ready. And I feel like we would know if he was practicing with T1 players in preparation to come back. There’s too much to adjust to for him to “just come back”. So even if Leo was ready to come back, I’m sure the “you can come back at anytime” allowance still relies on him being able to prove to FNC that he can perform with the current roster (Boaster/Chron/Alfa/Kaajak) at a T1tournament level on a CONSISTENT basis. Because having a player constantly have to dip out for whatever reason is not good for the team.
