Who we are
- We are Fnatic Limited (that's who we mean by "Fnatic", "we, "us" or "our"). We are a limited liability company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 07805670, whose registered office is at 1 Kingsland Passage, London, United Kingdom, E8 2BB.
- The promoter of this promotion is Esports World Cup Foundation, a company existing and organised under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its registered office at 3936 - Al Nakheel Dist. Unit Number: 5, 12382-6651, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (the “Promoter”).
- Fnatic is the only entity you are contracting with under these terms and conditions. The Promoter is not a party to these terms and conditions and has no direct contractual relationship or liability to you under them.
What are these terms and conditions? Do any other Terms apply?
- These are the terms and conditions ("Promo T&Cs") which govern your participation in one (or more) of the following competitions and/or prize draws and redemption of any prize (if you are lucky enough to be a winner) being run by Fnatic in conjunction with the Promoter:
- an open bracket Valorant tournament hosted by one of our Fnatic content creators (Fnatic Valorant Tournament);
- a twitter/x based competition hosted by one of our Fnatic content creators (Fnatic Creator Comp); or
- a twitter/x based competition hosted by Fnatic Japan (Fnatic JPN Comp)
- (together the Competitions, each a Competition).
- Your participation in any Competition is also subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Competition specific terms and conditions (which will be communicated to you upon submission), which will include that specific Competition’s start and end dates, specific eligibility requirements and winning criteria (Specific Competition T&Cs)
- Fnatic’s General Competition Terms; and
- Fnatic’s Privacy Policy
- and these terms are expressly incorporated in these Promo T&Cs.
- By entering into the Fnatic Valorant Tournament or submitting your entry to the Fnatic creator Comp or Fnatic JPN Comp you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Promo T&Cs and all terms and conditions referred to or incorporated in them.
- In the event of any conflict between these Promo T&Cs, General Competition Terms and Specific Promo T&Cs, then the terms shall follow the following order of precedence: (i) Specific Promo T&Cs; (ii) Promo T&Cs; (iii) General Competition Terms.
General Eligibility and Entry
- In order to enter must be aged 18 or over and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are aged under 18 (or the age of being a minor in your home country) then your parent or guardian will need to enter into these Promo T&Cs on your behalf.
- You are not eligible to participate in the Competitions if you have a permanent residence or are a national of the following countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
- Employees, freelancers, coaches and players and third-party service providers of Fnatic or the Promoter (as well as their partners and relatives) are also not eligible to participate in the Competitions.
- If you satisfy all of the above and the eligibility requirements set out in the Specific Competition T&Cs you will be considered an Eligible Entrant.
How to enter?
- You must (and will only be able to) enter the Competitions in accordance with the Specific Competition T&Cs. Entry into any of the Competitions is free of charge.
- To participate in a Competition, you must be an Eligible Entrant and have entered the relevant Competition before that Competition’s close date as set out in the relevant Specific Competition T&Cs (Valid Entry).
- There is a limit of one Valid Entry across all Competitions per Eligible Entrant. Multiple entries (including entries across multiple Competitions) or the submission of false information will result in you being disqualified from the Competition and you no longer being an Eligible Entrant.
- Fnatic accepts no responsibility for any Valid Entry not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
Prizes and Winning
- Subject to these Promo T&Cs and the Specific Competition T&Cs each Valid Entry will go into a draw to win the following (a ‘Prize’):
- A trip for you and your designated guest (your Guest) to the Esport World Cup 2025 (EWC25) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (subject to these Promo T&Cs and any other terms made available to you by us from time to time), which will include:
- 2 (two) x two-way economy class flight to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from a departure airport designated by Fnatic in your jurisdiction in accordance with the Promoter’s instructions for you and your Guest;
- 2 (two) x EWC25 weekly ticket which includes access to the EWC25 festival and to certain games and seating at events during the week of your visit to EWC25, as further detailed in our communications to you;
- 5 (Five) nights' accommodation in a 3 (three) or 4 (four) start hotel in Riyadh as selected by us during the week of your visit to EWC25 (check-in on Wednesday, check-out on Monday), subject to availability; and
- shuttle service between your hotel and the esports arena and airport as necessary for the purposes of your attendance at EWC25 and redemption of the Prize.
- A trip for you and your designated guest (your Guest) to the Esport World Cup 2025 (EWC25) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (subject to these Promo T&Cs and any other terms made available to you by us from time to time), which will include:
- There is a maximum of 1 (one) Prize per Winner. The number of Winners per Competition
- The selection of Winners is at Fnatic’s sole discretion based on the criteria set out in the relevant Specific Competition T&Cs. Entrants shall have no right to challenge or contest Fnatic’s decision through legal proceedings and Fnatic is under no obligation to disclose the specific reasons that lead to its decision.
- Winner(s) will be notified of their win by Fnatic via email within 48 hours of the Close Date.
- The Winner will be contacted within 3 days of the end of the Prize Draw period by an official Fnatic representative via email from the Fnatic Community Email.
- Winner(s) must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 1 day of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction. If a Winner fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize (without substitution) from the Winner and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries. A binding agreement between a Winner and Fnatic is established only upon our receipt of such an acceptance email sent by the Winner. `
- The Prize is strictly limited to its description in these Promo T&Cs and the travel details (including dates and departure/arrival locations) as they are communicated to you. For the avoidance of doubt, the cost of travel insurance and food during the course of EWC25 are not covered by Fnatic or the Promoter and you shall be solely responsible for financing these. Fnatic reserves the right to amend the Prize where we notify you of any changes to the Prize in advance of your flight.
- All aspects of the Prize must be booked through or with the consultation of Fnatic. Fnatic may at its sole discretion introduce a booking system for redemption of the Prize (e.g. prize vouchers). Fnatic shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by you outside of those expressly listed as forming a part of the Prize or for any aspects of the Prize where you have booked those yourself without consulting Fnatic in advance (e.g. you book your own Hotel accommodation). Fnatic is not a travel or tour operator and does not offer any travel services of its own.
- Acceptance of the Prize is strictly subject to the Winner being granted a tourist visa for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The costs for the application are included in the Prize, however in the event that you are refused a Visa for any reason then Fnatic shall be entitled to claim from you the costs of such application.
- The Prizes are not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or product. Fnatic reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Fnatic's control makes it necessary to do so. The decision of Fnatic regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Announcements and Data Protection
- Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in the Fnatic’s Privacy Policy.
- Fnatic will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
- Fnatic will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails Fnatic customer support within one (1) month after the relevant Competition’s close date.
- If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us via Fnatic customer support. In such circumstances,we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- By submitting your contact details you consent to the transfer of your personal data to third parties connected to the provision of the Prize (e.g., airline, hotel, Promoter, EWC25 event organizers) solely for the purpose of and only as far as required for facilitating the provision of the Prize.
Changes to these Promo T&Cs
- We reserve the right to update, change, modify or terminate these Promo T&Cs immediately on notice to you if there is a change in applicable law or regulation or there are security reasons which mean that we need to change your access to these Promo T&Cs.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
- These Promo T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any such dispute or claim.
- Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which, to the extent legally permissible, most closely reflects the economic intent and purpose of the original provision. The same shall apply in the event of an omission.

準拠法および管轄裁判所
