Fnatic Plus APEXファンミーティング in Tokyo 注意事項

導入

Fnaticは日本時間2024年10月14日にAsh Winder Esports Arena(以降：当会場)にてApex Legends部門ファンミーティングを開催します(以降：当イベント)。これらの注意事項は当イベントへの登録方法を明示するものです。

参加資格

  • 当イベントへの登録期間は日本時間2024年10月3日11時00分に開始し(開始日時)、2024年10月9日23時59分に終了します(終了日時)。
  • 登録するためには、以下の条件を満たす必要があります(適正な申し込み)。
    • Fnatic IDアカウントの所有者であること
    • Pioneer、Core、もしくはFnatic Plusのメンバーであること
    • 当イベントの開催日に16歳以上であること
    • 終了日時までにFnatic.comのサイトで予約ボタンを押下し、参加意思を表明すること。
  • 当イベントには1人につき1度のみ登録できます。複数回の登録は無効です。Fnaticは会場の収容人数を基に当イベントの参加人数を制限する権利を有します。
  • 全ての適正な申し込みは抽選で当選が決定されます。
  • 全ての当選者(参加者)はFnatic App上で予約抽選終了日時から、イベント前に入場チケットをお受け取りください。通知をオンにして、随時アプリをご確認ください。
  • 参加者はそれぞれの時間枠に割り振られ、イベント開始前にメールにて指定時間枠を通知されます。メールにて指定された時間に会場にご来場ください。入場時にチケットを確認いたします。
  • 当イベントはワンドリンク制とし、入場時にドリンクチケット料金500円がかかります。

イベントへの参加

  • イベント参加者は全員会場の注意事項、会場所有者による正当な指示、そして会場のあらゆる規定に従う必要があります(健康と安全の規定等)。
  • 全ての参加者はFnatic従業員やその代表者による正当な指示及びソーシャル・コミュニティポリシー(https://fnatic.com/policies/social-and-community-policy にてご確認いただけます)に従う必要があります。
  • 参加者はイベントに出席するプレイヤーに対しあらゆる害や迷惑になる可能性のある行為を行うこと、またそれに協力することを禁じます。

参加者への重要なお知らせ

Fnatic Plus Apex Meet & Greet Tokyo Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Fnatic will be hosting a Apex Legends Meet & Greet after the TAIMAN+ Offline Event in Tokyo at ASH WINDER Esports ARENA JST (the “Venue”) on Monday 14 October 2024 (the Event). These T&Cs set out how you can register to attend the Event.

Registration

  • The registration period for the Event opens at 11:00 JST on 3 October 2024 (Open Date) and closes at 23:59 JST on 9 October 2024 (Close Date).
  • In order to register, you must: (1) Be a Fnatic ID account holder; (2) Be a Pioneer, or Core Keyholder, or a Fnatic Plus member; (3) be aged 16 years or over on the Event Date; (4) register your interest in attending the Event by the Close Date by swiping the RSVP button on the official event invite on the Fnatic App. (Eligible Registrant)
  • You may only register once; multiple registrations will be disregarded. Fnatic reserves the right to limit the number of attendees at the Event based on capacity restrictions.
  • All Eligible Registrants will be entered into a raffle to determine the final guest list.
  • Successful applicants (“Attendees”) will receive an invitation ticket via the Fnatic App before the Event starts and after the RSVP period closes. Please make sure you have notifications enabled.
  • All Attendees will be sorted into different time slots to attend the Event. You will receive an email with your assigned timeslot before the event. Please come at the time specified in the email and we will check your ticket and name at the entrance.
  • A fee of 500 JPY will apply to Attendees for the entrance and one (1) drink voucher.
