OG Fan Contest Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Eligibility

  • The contest detailed in these terms and conditions (the Contest) opens at 15:00 BST on 29 September 2026 (Start Date) and closes at 23:59 BST on 8 October 2026 (Close Date).
  • The period for submissions closes at 23:59 BST on 4 October 2026 (Submissions Deadline).
  • The period for public voting on selected submissions opens at 13:00 BST on 7 October 2026 and closes at the Close Date.
  • The Contest is only open to entrants who:
    • have a Fnatic ID; and
    • are located in a jurisdiction where Fnatic Shop can ship to (shipping countries) (Eligible Entrant).
  • The Contest will occur as announced on Fnatic Twitter, Instagram, Discord and Fnatic App (the Official Channel(s)).
  • The Contest is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms. By entering the Contest, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and Fnatic’s General Competition Terms upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Personal data supplied during the course of this Contest will only be processed as set out in the Fnatic’s Privacy Policy.

How to enter the Contest

  • To participate in the Contest, you must:
    • be an Eligible Entrant and
    • upload an original photograph, via the Google Form linked on the Official Channels, showcasing your interest in Fnatic (png/jpg format, up to 100MB)

before the Submissions Deadline (Valid Entry).

  • There is a limit of one Valid Entry per Eligible Entrant.
  • Files will be uploaded to the form owner's Google Drive. You will be required to sign in to Google when uploading your entry.
  • Fnatic will not be responsible for proof of originality of the Valid Entries.
  • Valid Entries must be original and must not be AI-generated or AI-assisted (including AI image generators, AI upscalers, or generative fill tools). Fnatic may request proof to verify authenticity. Fnatic reserves the right to disqualify unverifiable or AI-generated entries at their discretion.
  • Fnatic accepts no responsibility for any Valid Entry not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  • Subject to these Terms and Conditions and the General Competition Terms, each Valid Entry will enter to win 4 x 2026 Special Edition Fnatic Jerseys (each a Prize).

Voting

  • Following the Submissions Deadline, Fnatic will review all submitted Valid Entries, and at its discretion select the top 10 for public voting.
  • Public voting on selected submissions opens at 13:00 BST on 7 October 2026 and closes at the Close Date.
  • Public voting will be done via a Google Form Voting Poll linked on the Official Channels.

Winners

  • There is a maximum of 4 x Winner(s) for the Contest (Winner(s)) and 1 x Prize(s) per Winner.
  • The 4 x Valid Entries with the highest number of votes will be selected as Winners.
  • Winner(s) will be notified of their win by Fnatic via email within 24 hours of the Close Date.
  • Winner(s) must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 3 days of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction. If a Winner fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize from the Winner and award it to the next Eligible Entrant with the next highest amount of votes from all remaining Valid Entries.

Prize Receipt

  • Fnatic will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch or arrange for the dispatch of the Prize(s) within 6 weeks from the date that a Winner acknowledges that they wish to receive a Prize, to the relevant contact details provided by the Winner.
  • The Prizes are not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or product. Fnatic reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Fnatic's control makes it necessary to do so. The decision of Fnatic regarding any aspect of the Contest is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
