Weekly App Leaderboard Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Eligibility

• The Competition will run weekly. It opens at 00:00 AM BST every Monday (Start Time) and closes at 23:59 BST the following Sunday (Close Time) every week.
• The Competition is only open to entrants who have a Fnatic App account (Eligible Entrant).
• The Competition is also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms and Social and Community Policy.
• The Weekly Prize Draws are also subject to Fnatic’s General Competition Terms.

How to enter the Competition

• To participate in the Competition, you must be an Eligible Entrant, adhere to Fnatic’s Social and Community Policy and climb the Weekly Leaderboard by earning XP before the Close Time (Valid Entry).
• There is a limit of one Valid Entry per Eligible Entrant per week.
• Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Social and Community Policy and the General Competition Terms, the Valid Entry with the highest amount of XP on the Fnatic App Weekly Leaderboard by the Close Time will win the prize detailed in the Weekly Reward section of the Leaderboard (each a ‘Prize’).

Winners

• There is a maximum of one (1) Winner per week for the Competition (Winner(s)) and one (1) Prize per Winner.
• The Winner will be the holder of the highest position on the Fnatic App Weekly Leaderboard among all Valid Entries.
• Winner will be contacted by Fnatic via email.
• Winner will be notified within 14 days of the Close Time.
• Winner must acknowledge that they wish to receive the Prize within 3 days of Fnatic’s notification and (if requested) evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction. If a Winner fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the Prize from the Winner and award it to another Eligible Entrant selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries.
• Prize will be dispatched by Fnatic within 30 days from the date that a Winner acknowledges that they wish to receive a Prize, to the relevant contact details provided by the Winner.
