FAQs
When can I claim my card?
From the 26th of October 2022 4pm BST until the 1st of November 2022 23.59pm BST, all Pioneer and Core Key Holders are able to claim a Fnatic card.
What are the perks of physical card?
The Key Card will have a QR code engraved on the back. Throughout points in the year, you can scan your QR code to access BTS Content, Early Access, and more
We also plan to use this for future events. Will be sure to communicate that in time!
Are there shipping costs?
No! Your card will be sent to you with FREE shipping!
When will I get the card?
The shipping of the cards will start after the 15th of November. After your card is shipped, here you can see much approximately it takes to be delivered to your country. If your country isn't on the list, the shipping might take 1-3 weeks, depending on the distance from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
I have more than 1 Key, how many can I claim?
Just like the Jersey Claim and the upcoming LootBox. Each member is entitled to a maximum of 4 Claims. E.g. If you own 2 Pioneer Keys and 2 Core Keys you can claim 2 Pioneer Cards and 2 Core Cards. If you own 3 Pioneer Keys you will still only be able to claim 2 Cards.
I have trouble claiming my card, what do I do?
You need to be a Pioneer or Core Key Holder to claim a Fnatic card. Please make sure you chose the correct shop in the top right corner, if you are still having issues with the code, please contact our support team at help@fnatic.com and include the code in the email. If you run into any problems, our support team is more than happy to help.
