I want to customize my jersey, is that possible?
Yes, you can customize your 2023 Pro Kit Jersey or 2022 Worlds Bolt Jersey for an additional cost.
When can I claim the jersey?
From the 29th of March 2023 4pm BST until the 5th of April 2023 23.59pm BST, all Pioneer Members are able to claim a Fnatic Jersey.
I have trouble claiming my annual jersey, what do I do?
You need to be a Pioneer Member to claim a Fnatic jersey. If you run into any problems, our support team is more than happy to help. You can contact them via email at help@fnatic.com.
