When streaming what skills are good to pick up to interact better with chat and viewers.

Loading...some 2nd hand advise that some told me.... Having a second screen to view the real-time chat, be it your phone, a mini display, a full monitor etc to make sure you welcome every new user that joins (obviously this is hard when your more popular) - but it makes the people feel welcome, ask them how they're doing - engage with each new viewer as you can use it to build up some loyalty!
