Situation around Sick

I don’t know if I can start a discussion about him here (since it’s not about FNC), but I just wanted to hear your opinions on Sick. Is it a manic episode? I’ve read one tweet that he “fakes” it for a bigger audience, what do you think about that? I just hopes that he gets help soon.
