Question for Nightshare

I saw a tweet from Fnatic about asking questions to Nightshare but didn't see a specific post about it. Also since the current AMA already has tons of questions, I was worried that mine would be lost in the sea of interrogations.

So, on the subject of scrims, we're hearing a lot of positive news, extremely high win rate and players being very happy with the outcome. My question is: what have you improved and or changed to make it this successful? The past season there were former Fnatic members complaining about the quality of scrims. It's clear that now there's a strong shift, so I was curious if you could share some of the best practices you've put in place for this new split.
