Europe 1 team region?

A bit of a random question, but I’m curious, do you guys think Europe is 1 team region? EG’s coach made a comment on that recently and since then I’ve been thinking, considering how navi and fut didn’t even qualify for the playoffs in this masters. I am a big fan of them and of TL as well but the performance for this masters was not the best. Or maybe, do you think they didn’t give their all so they can rest a bit before champions?
