Tbf, I never had that problem when it was new. You may have been unlucky and got a bad one

Maybe it needs to adjust to your head and your shape it happens me with all new headsets i buy

I just bought the react headset and it sits kinda loose. Also on the bottom part doesnt close fully over my ears. Can anyone relate to this problem. 
Maybe its my headshape or maybe because its brandnew.
