Loading...@Jannaaaaaaaaaaaa Hey Janna with a lot of a‘s. Thank you for your question. I just love to help and teach people, make people better in what they are already good at, I wanna make people curious to dive into stuff and find their passion so I would go for teacher or university prof.

Loading...@Oryn Hey Oryn! Great question First thing that comes to mind is definitely the passion and being married to the grind. Nothing is given and everything is earned. To play at this level you have to know you‘ll have to sacrifice and you have to go the extra mile when it’s about training your craft. Another thing is: see every new day as another new opportunity to be great. You are not who you were yesterday. You got new chances today. Always It’s also about understanding that health is interconnected. If you can’t look after yourself you can be the best player in the world it will show at some point and it will backfire when you don’t need it. Have your rhythms, have your balance with food, sports, indoors and outdoors and watch your sleep schedule. Sleep is the most important performance indicator next to your training so treat it this way. Last but definitely not least: goals and goal settings. Have a goal going into your matches. Don’t just queue ranked after ranked. Wake up being curious to get better at something today. Point it out, write it down and get better at it today. Track it, see it, and feel it. Cheers, thanks for your question!

Loading...@alliumsea Hey @alliumsea! I must say last years series vs. PRX in Paris where we played with Doma and of course the Abyss in the Champs Final have a special place in my heart. Instantly come to mind. Focus in stressful games always there it’s about using the energy you have in a right way and accepting that pressure is part of it and will always be part of it. It’s not about fighting the pressure but working with the pressure where we have a lot of own language that we’ve created to reset us and make us focus on doing the basics right. That is what’s most crucial in those moments. Take a step back, analyze what’s in our control and do the basics right

I’m working a lot with the boys with weekly teamsessions on sports psychological topics and we find ways to apply them in game, in our routines, outside of the game. Oftentimes it’s also about creating a language when it comes to communicational problem solving or getting on one page in efficient manners. That’s what I’m there for. Also organic 1on1‘s is something I do with players to work and talk about individual stuff where it gets more deep In those books yeah it’s often about goalsetting for the day and holding each other accountable for it Cheers
