Fnatic x Red Bull - VCT Paris Roadtrip 2025 Terms and Conditions

Introduction

  • Fnatic, in partnership with Red Bull, is hosting a road trip for the first Fnatic match at the 2025 VCT Championship in Paris on the 15th September 2025 (the Event). These T&Cs set out how you can register to attend the Event and what the Event package entails.
  • By registering for the Event, you agree to these terms, the Social and Community Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Eventbrite Terms of Service.

Eligibility

  • The registration period for the Event opens at 15:00 BST on 1 September 2025 (Open Date) and closes at 23:59 BST on 8 September 2025 (Close Date).
  • In order to attend the Event, you must:
    • be aged 18 years or over on the Event Date; or
    • be aged 16 or 17 years on the Event Date, provided that your parent or legal guardian purchases two (2) valid tickets on Eventbrite by the Close Date and attends the Event with you; and
    • be in London at the start of the Event road trip; and
    • have a valid passport and necessary travel documents alongside, such as a VISA, to enter France; and
    • purchase a valid ticket on Eventbrite by the Close Date (or, in the case of 16-17 year olds, ensure that your parent or legal guardian purchases two (2) valid tickets on Eventbrite by the Close Date and attends the Event with you)

(an Eligible Attendee).

  • Fnatic will confirm each attendee’s age on entrance to the Event and reserves the right to refuse entrance to the Event if Fnatic finds a registered attendee is not an Eligible Attendee.
  • Fnatic will confirm each attendee’s travel document upon entrance to the Event and reserves the right to refuse entrance to the Event if Fnatic finds a registered attendee is not an Eligible Attendee.
  • Eligible Attendees may only register once for the Event. Multiple registrations will be disregarded.

Tickets and Attendance

  • Eligible Attendees can purchase a ticket for the Event and register their details through the event page on Eventbrite: fna.tc/paris-roadtrip-tickets
  • Fnatic reserves the right to limit the number of attendees at the Event based on capacity restrictions and to bring forward the Close Date in the event of the Event’s maximum capacity (Capacity) being reached (in advance of the original Close Date).
  • If the Event reaches Capacity, Eligible Attendees will not be able to register for the Event.
  • Eligible Attendees who have successfully purchased a ticket to the Event through Eventbrite will receive an email before the Event starts. Please ensure to check your email inbox, including your junk or spam folder.
  • If you cannot attend the Event, please refund your ticket accordingly on Eventbrite to give others a chance to purchase a ticket. Refunds on Eventbrite will be possible up to 2 days before the event.
  • Ticket holders must share the requested evidence that they are an Eligible Entrant to Fnatic’s reasonable satisfaction within three (3) days of Fnatic’s notification. If a ticket holder fails to do either of these things, Fnatic may revoke the ticket on Eventbrite and release the ticket to other buyers.
  • The ticket is strictly limited to its description in these T&Cs and the travel details (including dates and departure/arrival locations) as they are communicated to you. For the avoidance of doubt, the cost of travel insurance and food during the course of the Event is not covered by Fnatic, and you shall be solely responsible for financing these. Fnatic reserves the right to amend the ticket where we notify you of any changes to the ticket in advance of your departure.
  • Fnatic shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by you outside of those expressly listed as forming a part of the ticket or for any aspects of the ticket where you have booked those yourself without consulting Fnatic in advance (e.g. you book your own travel, or hotel accommodation). Fnatic is not a travel or tour operator and does not offer any travel services of its own.
  • The ticket is not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or product. Fnatic reserves the right to replace the ticket with an alternative product of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Fnatic's control make it necessary to do so. The decision of Fnatic regarding any aspect of the ticket is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Fan Package

  • Each valid purchase of a ticket on Eventbrite will include the following (a ‘Fan Package’):
    • 1 (one) x two-way coach trip from London to Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud for the VCT Championship 2025 in France;
    • 1 (one) x day ticket to the VCT Championship, as further detailed in our communication to you; and
    • 1 (one) x Fnatic x Red Bull Goody Bag consisting of:
      • 1x Fnatic 2025 Championships Kit Pro Jersey;
      • 1x Fnatic Fan Flag (Black or Orange)
      • 1x Fnatic Core Scarf
      • 1x Fnatic Stressheart
      • 1x Red Bull Can
  • There is a maximum of one (1) Fan Package per Ticket.
  • Eligible Attendees will be contacted by an official Fnatic representative via the contact details provided to confirm a size of choice for the Fnatic 2025 Championships Kit Pro Jersey. Such confirmation must be done within two (2) days of Fnatic’s request. Where Fnatic does not have available stock of the requested size, Fnatic shall ship the Fnatic 2025 Championships Kit Pro Jersey in the size of choice within sixty (60) days of the Event’s completion.

Important Notice to Attendees

Photos and video footage are being captured during this Event and may be live-streamed online and/or used for other promotional purposes by Fnatic Ltd or Red Bull. Fnatic's Privacy Policy is available online at fnatic.com/policies/privacy-policy

Data Protection

  • Personal data supplied during the course of this Event will only be processed as set out in Fnatic’s Privacy Policy
  • By submitting your contract details, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to third parties connected to the provision of the Ticket (e.g., coach company, Red Bull event organisers) solely for the purpose of and only as far as required for facilitating the provision of the ticket.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, modify or terminate these T&Cs immediately on notice to you if there is a change in applicable law or regulation, or there are security reasons which mean that we need to change your access to these T&Cs.

Governing law and Jurisdiction

  • These T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any such dispute or claim.
  • Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which, to the extent legally permissible, most closely reflects the economic intent and purpose of the original provision. The same shall apply in the event of an omission.
