Megsoundslikeegg: Community Clash Grand Finals London Watch Party - Terms and Conditions

Introduction

  • Fnatic will be hosting a Watch Party for the Grand Finals of the Fnatic Megsoundslikeegg: Community Clash Tournament on 25 January 2025 (the Event). These T&Cs set out how you can register to attend the Event.
  • By registering for the Event, you agree to these terms, Social and Community Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

  • The registration period for the Event opens at 10:00 GMT on 04 January 2025 (Open Date) and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on 19th January 2025 (Close Date).
  • In order to register, you must: (1) Be a Fnatic ID account holder; (2) be aged 16 years or over on the Event Date; (3) register your interest in attending the Event by the Close Date by swiping the RSVP button on the official event invites on the Fnatic App. (Eligible Entry)
  • You may only register once per event; multiple registrations will be disregarded. Fnatic reserves the right to limit the number of attendees at the Event based on capacity restrictions.
  • Applicants who are Fnatic Citizen; Core; or Pioneer membership holders will receive guaranteed entry to the Event.
  • All other applicants will be selected randomly from all Eligible Entries.
  • Fnatic reserves the right to limit the number of attendees at the Event based on capacity restriction and to bring forward the Close Date in the event of the Event’s maximum capacity (“Capacity”) being reached (in advance of the original Close Date).
  • If the Event reaches Capacity you may, at Fnatic’s sole discretion, be placed onto a waiting list on a first come first served basis.
  • Successful applicants will receive an invitation via the Fnatic App before the Event starts and after the RSVP period closes. Please make sure you have notifications enabled.
  • If you cannot attend the event, please update your RSVP status directly on the Fnatic App. Under the QR code, you can press 'Update RSVP' and withdraw your RSVP. This ensures your spot can be re-allocated to anyone on the waiting list!

Important Notice to Attendees

  • Photos and video footage are being captured during this Event and may be live-streamed online and/or used for other promotional purposes by Fnatic Ltd or Sony INZONE. Fnatic's Privacy Policy is available online at fnatic.com/policies/privacy-policy.
