Ask me Anything but for Merchandise

I’ve been seeing a lot of people suggesting new items for the store yet we haven’t seen a lot of those suggestions come to fruition (i.e. fnatic bra)

Can there me an AMA for who gets final choice of what goes through, the decision process, and how long does it usually take?

In the end it would be awesome to do be able to do suggestions and hear it from the main people themselves if it’d be something worth looking into.

Loading...Hey. You are correct, we do get lots of suggestions coming into Fnatic on potential items. We are always looking at these and what we could potential add to our merch ranges. As a business we have to assess them on their feasibility, due to the costs that come with launching a new product (Design, Production, Content, Marketing, Storage, etc.) and the prospective revenue they drive for the business. It needs to make business sense and merch is usually very low margin. Product development takes time and we have some exciting things coming this year and next, but please feel free to share all ideas with us because we see them them and do assess all of them.

This could potentially be a special collaboration with players, or even just limited edition items based on their in-game gear or preferences. Additionally, as fitness and esports continue to grow in parallel, I believe there is a great opportunity for FNATIC to expand into gym/sports attire, including headbands and other functional sportswear. This would enable fans to showcase their support for FNATIC while staying active and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Lastly, I would like to suggest the addition of FNATIC-branded footwear, such as shoes and socks. This could be a unique way for fans to express their support from head to toe and further enhance the FNATIC brand. Once again, thank you for your time and consideration.
